Charges 2020 – 2021

AMVIC is responsible for enforcing consumer protection legislation as it applies to automotive businesses in Alberta. AMVIC’s peace officers have the authority to lay charges under the Consumer Protection Act, Traffic Safety Act and Criminal Code against a business or an individual.
