Service and Repair Course

AMVIC has developed an online course specifically for people who work in service and repair. The course has been updated to include automotive laws set out in the Oct. 31, 2018 update of the Automotive Business Regulation (ABR). The course is voluntary meaning it is available to anyone who chooses to take it but not mandatory.

It takes approximately one hour to complete and includes practice questions and quizzes. The course has four lessons, or modules, that cover the provincial laws that specifically apply to the service and repair industry. You get to work through real life scenarios and the laws that apply. The course also includes recommendations for best business practices and covers advertising regulations.
