On April 4, 2023, the industry members of the AMVIC board appointed Catherine Manten as the new director-at-large for a term of three years, effective April 22, 2023.
Catherine is a results driven, self-motivated Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Controller with 22 years of experience in financial, operational and administrative leadership roles within the automotive industry.
In her current role as a Chief Administrative Officer for the Kaizen Automotive Group, Catherine provides leadership to the executive and financial teams in Canada as well as the United States by enabling strategic foresight; providing knowledgeable, accurate information to colleagues and senior management.
Catherine is currently serving on the Automotive Dealer Insurance Exchange board as a member at large (2019 – current), the Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter board (2022 – current) and the MacDougall House board (2022 – current).
Catherine’s ability to analyze financial data combined with her in-depth knowledge of multi point, multi country operations; forecasting and budgeting will provide the AMVIC board with a well-balanced regulatory perspective in navigating a fair marketplace in Alberta.
