AMVIC improves online portal

A new software system that runs AMVIC Online (the online portal that hosts consumer and industry accounts) will launch on Tuesday,March 16, 2021. The updated AMVIC Online software (Open Regulate) will provide numerous benefits, including:

  • a new look which will make it easier to navigate the portal and help users find where they want to go and what they want to do;
  • allowing you to manage your consumer account for things such as updating your contact information or uploading documents as part of a complaint;
  • making it easier to search for a business or salesperson to ensure they are licensed or registered, respectively; and
  • if you want to take one of AMVIC’s online courses for informational purposes, you can use the same consumer account to pay for and register for the courses.

Important: in preparation to launch the new software system, AMVIC Online will not be operational from Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. until Tuesday, March 16 at 8 a.m. During this time, all information will be migrated from the old system to the new system and as a result there will be no need to create a new account if you already have one. AMVIC appreciates your patience as we improve our system to better serve our stakeholders.
