35.1. A license under the
Automotive Business Licensing Regulation (AR
188/78) is continued as a general automotive
business license under this Regulation.
36. The Automotive
Business Licensing Regulation (AR 188/78) is
repealed.
37. For the purpose of
ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for
ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the
option that it may be repassed in its present
or an amended form following a review, this
Regulation expires on September 1, 2004.
38.1. Subject to
subsection 2 and section 3.6., this Regulation
comes into force on September 1, 1999.
38.2. Sections 16 to 23, 25 and 34.2. come
into force on July 1, 2000.
