34.1.  A contravention of section 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or 33.4. is, for the purposes of section 162 of the Act, an offence.
34.2.  A contravention of section 16, 20.1, 21 or 23 is, for the purposes of section 162 of the Act, an offence.
