Edmonton— Alberta automotive consumers should be aware that a Receivership Order was granted by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta effective May 18, 2018 against the following AMVIC licensees:

  • Crossline Truck & Auto Sales Ltd. (a.k.a. City Auto Truck Sales, Crossline Trucks and Toys Yellowhead, City Auto Truck Sales, Signature Tire @ Crossline Yellowhead Edmonton, Crossline Yellowhead, Signature Truck Sales, Yellowhead Auto),
  • Auto City Edmonton (a.k.a. EZ Auto Credit, Auto City Finance, 1406386 Alberta Ltd.),
  • Touchdown Auto (a.k.a. First Line Auto Sales, 1599068 Alberta Ltd.); and
  • Crossline Consulting Ltd. (a.k.a. Crossline West, Crossline).

PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Receiver and is monitoring the premises for any unauthorized removal of assets. Consumer enquires should be directed to PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. at (780) 441-6701 ext. 3313.
