Edmonton— Alberta automotive consumers should be aware that a Receivership Order was granted by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta effective May 18, 2018 against the following AMVIC licensees:
- Crossline Truck & Auto Sales Ltd. (a.k.a. City Auto Truck Sales, Crossline Trucks and Toys Yellowhead, City Auto Truck Sales, Signature Tire @ Crossline Yellowhead Edmonton, Crossline Yellowhead, Signature Truck Sales, Yellowhead Auto),
- Auto City Edmonton (a.k.a. EZ Auto Credit, Auto City Finance, 1406386 Alberta Ltd.),
- Touchdown Auto (a.k.a. First Line Auto Sales, 1599068 Alberta Ltd.); and
- Crossline Consulting Ltd. (a.k.a. Crossline West, Crossline).
